I was reading Tim Ferris’s fantastic book The Four Hour Workweek and came across this fantastic quote:

Everyone’s competing for the average positions in society, few are after the positions which offers the greater rewards. Perhaps it’s because they feel they aren’t capable of serving that role, although it’d actually make their lives easier in the long run. And hey, if you set your goals 10x as high, you only need to achieve at least 10% of goal to do better than your original goal!
