Success and Doing What Others Won’t Do

I have lately been coming to the conclusion that one of the primary factors influencing success is not whatever innate talent you do or do not have, but rather your willingness to do things that others are unwilling to do.  It does not matter how smart someone is in some area if they are unwilling to take the time to put their strengths to use.  But if someone is motivated to put in the time to produce high quality work, it will more than make up for any of their weaknesses.
